Who Can Use the Site

Pricing & Payment
1. All prices include applicable taxes (e.g., GST).
2. Payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, COD (availability may vary).
3. All transactions are securely processed; PAKA® does not store payment credentials.
4. Confirmation and invoice are sent via email after successful payment.
Delivery Rules
1. Shipment is arranged to the address you provide.
2. Couriers attempt 3 delivery attempts; failures may result in order cancellation.
3. Ownership and risk transfer to you upon successful delivery.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns and exchanges are governed by our 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy (see policy page).
Prohibited Behavior
You agree not to:
