Return and Refund Policy

Terms of Return:

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

State of Return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Reasons for Return:

Damaged upon receipt, wrong product shipped.

Process for Return:

Customers must contact customer service at PAKA Leather to initiate a return or log in to their account on our website to initiate a return request. 

Process of Refund:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
