Shipping Policy — PAKA®

We rely on trusted courier partners like Bluedart, Xpressbees, Delhivery, etc., to deliver your PAKA® orders safely and efficiently.

Delivery Timeline
1. Transit time: 2–7 business days, based on delivery location.
2. Processing time: Up to 24 hours post-payment verification (excludes weekends and holidays).
3. Orders placed after 9 AM IST ship the next business day. Orders placed post 9 AM on Saturday ship the following Monday.

Shipping Charges
1. Calculated at checkout based on courier partner pricing, as-is and as-available.

Liability Limitation
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, we offer:
1. A replacement, provided you inform us within 7 days of the issue; or
2. A refund for the product's cost.

Force Majeure
PAKA® (NS Enterprise) shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, regulatory changes, technological disruptions, etc.).
